What this bill would do
This bill, known as the ``Fairness for High-Skilled Americans Act of 2025'', aims to change the Immigration and Nationality Act. The primary goal is to eliminate the Optional Practical Training Program. It specifically targets employment authorization for aliens present in the United States under section 101(a)(15)(F)(i).
