What this amendment would do

Ms. Alsobrooks submitted the amendment to be proposed to the bill H.R. 1968.
It aims to allow the District of Columbia to use local funds for programs and activities under the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 2024, at the rate set in the Fiscal Year 2025 Local Budget Act of 2024, as modified as of the enactment date of this Act.
It also aims to amend Section 816 of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024, by replacing the words fiscal year 2025'' with fiscal year 2026'' each place it appears.
