What this bill would do
The Hospital Adoption Education Act of 2025 requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to create and share resources to improve understanding of adoption sensitivities in health care. This includes developing digital and print materials and a dedicated web page for health care workers. The bill provides for education, professional development, and consultation services for providers at hospitals and birthing centers. These services may be delivered directly or through grants to specific nonprofit education organizations. The Secretary must also evaluate the effectiveness of these activities and report the results to Congress.
