What this bill would do

This bill, known as the ``Military Family Diaper Partnership Act'', directs the Secretary of Defense to provide funds to the National Diaper Bank Network. The goal is to establish a Military Family Diaper Fund to provide diapers and diapering supplies to military families in need. Under the proposal, the Secretary of Defense would seek to provide $1,000,000 for each fiscal year from 2027 through 2030. The National Diaper Bank Network would also be required to match these funds with non-Federal contributions. These funds are intended for specific distribution to military families or for technical assistance and evaluation.
