What this bill would do
This bill is known as the Fairness for Khobar Act of 2025. It amends the Justice for United States Victims of State Sponsored Terrorism Act. The purpose is to provide lump sum catch-up payments to specific victims. These are victims of the 1983 Beirut barracks bombing and the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing.
