What this amendment would do

SA 3520, submitted by Mr. DAINES, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a section to title II that requires the Secretary of Defense to move forward with implementing the Test and Resource Management Center proposal for the Desert Mountain Corridor.
