What this amendment would do
SA 3267, submitted by Mr. Van Hollen, is an amendment to bill S. 2296. This bill deals with authorizations for military activities of the Department of Defense, military construction, and defense activities of the Department of Energy for fiscal year 2026.
The purpose of this amendment is to prohibit the use of funds for the Department of Defense in fiscal year 2026 to do the following:
- Implement Executive Order 14251, which relates to exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs.
- Implement any related policy or guidance.
