What this amendment would do

SA 2829, submitted by Mr. Padilla, is an amendment to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 for bill H.R. 1.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a section regarding the USE OF FUNDS in title X.

It aims to change how funds are used by stating that no Federal, State, or local agency can use funds from this title for immigrant enforcement operations in the following industries unless they exclusively target violent criminals:

Agriculture
Restaurant
Hospitality
