What this amendment would do

Mr. Kaine submitted amendment SA 2379 to the bill H.R. 1.

The amendment aims to change section 20306(b)(3) of title 14, United States Code, as added by section 40005(a).
It adds a limitation on designation of nonprofit entity.
The Administrator may not designate any nonprofit entity that charges any amount of entrance fee or admission to receive the transferred space vehicle identified under paragraph (1).
