What this amendment would do
MR. VAN HOLLEN, along with Mr. Kaine, submitted amendment SA 2076 to the concurrent resolution H. Con. Res. 14 for the fiscal year 2025 budget.
The purpose of this amendment is to create a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to requiring a cost-benefit analysis to be submitted to Congress.
This aims to ensure that any efforts to relocate Federal agencies are thoroughly evaluated, confirming that such moves are in the best interest of taxpayers and align with the mission of the Federal agency.
