What this amendment would do

Mr. Kaine submitted an amendment, known as SA 1783, which is intended to be proposed to the concurrent resolution H. Con. Res. 14 for the fiscal year 2025 budget.

  • The purpose of this amendment is to create a deficit-neutral reserve fund relating to preventing corrupt and unfair bids in federal contracting.
