What It Aims to Change or Add
- Allows the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate to revise budget allocations and adjustments for future legislation.
- Focuses on addressing the workforce shortage at the Indian Health Service.
- Provides sufficient resources and increases efficiency in Federal program delivery.
- Aims at reversing unjustified employment terminations of health care providers.
- Requires that any legislation passed using this fund will not increase the deficit over the fiscal years 2025 through 2034.
