What this bill would do

This bill is called the Pechanga Band of Indians Water Rights Settlement Technical Amendments Act. It updates the definition of "Reservation" to include specific lands set aside by Executive orders and various dates of addition, as well as certain contiguous trust lands. It also expands how the Pechanga Water Quality Account can be used by changing the focus from groundwater desalination to general activities that address water quality issues in the Wolf Valley Basin. Finally, it authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to amend the Pechanga Settlement Agreement to match these changes.
