What this bill would do

This bill is called the "Veterans Affairs Care and Benefits Accountability Act of 2025" or the "VA CBA Act of 2025." It aims to amend title 38 of the United States Code. The bill affirms that collective bargaining agreements between the Department of Veterans Affairs and labor organizations in effect on March 26, 2025, remain in force through their stated terms. Additionally, it nullifies Executive Order 14251 and Executive Order 14343 regarding exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs. It also prohibits the use of Federal funds to carry out these two Executive orders for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
