What this bill would do

This bill, known as the "Guaranteeing Aggressors Zero Admission Act" or the "GAZA Act," seeks to restrict entry into the United States. It targets aliens who hold a passport issued by the Palestinian Authority. Under this act, such individuals would be considered inadmissible to the country. They would also be ineligible to receive visas or other documentation for entry. Finally, the bill would prevent them from being admitted or paroled into the United States or receiving benefits under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
