What this bill would do
This bill is called the "FEMA Caseworker Accountability Act". It requires the Comptroller General of the United States to give Congress a report within 180 days of the law passing. The report must cover the turnover rate and employment length of FEMA case management personnel. It also asks for the steps FEMA is taking to lower that turnover. Additionally, the report must detail how many personnel are detailed to disaster recovery and the length of their rotations.
