This bill, known as the Veteran Technology Employment Success Act, aims to amend title 38 of the United States Code. It focuses on improving how the Secretary of Veterans Affairs calculates the average employment rate for veterans in the VET TEC high technology program. The bill changes the calculation method to use the number of individuals employed 180 days after program completion as a percentage.
