What this bill would do
This bill, known as the ``Thomas M. Conway Veterans Access to Resources in the Workplace Act'', requires the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to work together to create a notice about veteran benefits. This notice must be developed for each State and include specific information like the Veterans Crisis Line and how to apply for benefits. Employers will be required to post this notice in conspicuous places where employees and applicants can see it. The Secretary of Labor must also review and update these notices at least twice a year. Additionally, an information campaign will be conducted to inform employers about these new requirements.
