What this bill would do
This bill, known as the ``Justice Thurgood Marshall National Historic Site Establishment Act of 2025'', seeks to establish the Justice Thurgood Marshall National Historic Site in Maryland. The site is based on the building known as Public School 103, which served as Thurgood Marshall's elementary school. The Act intends to create this site as an affiliated area of the National Park System. The Beloved Community Services Corporation will continue to own, operate, and manage the school.
