This Act, known as the ``Precision Agriculture Satellite Connectivity Act,'' directs the Federal Communications Commission to conduct a specific review. The Commission is tasked with looking at its rules regarding fixed satellite service, mobile satellite service, and earth exploration satellite service. The goal of this review is to determine if rule changes can be implemented to promote precision agriculture. If such changes are possible, the Commission must develop recommendations for them. Finally, the Commission is required to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to specific House and Senate committees within 15 months of enactment.
