What this bill would do

This bill makes sure that a specific piece of land in San Diego County can keep being used for healthcare. The land is held in trust for the Ewiiaapaayp Band of Kumeyaay Indians. Under the bill, this land can only be used to provide health and social services for members of Indian Tribes. The land is strictly blocked from being used for gaming or other commercial activities. These rules will last for 50 years from the date the bill becomes law.
