S.Amdt. 6587

The amendment, submitted by Mr. Tuberville, Mr. Ricketts, and Mr. Banks, is called the Repealing Big Brother Overreach Act.

The purpose of this amendment is to change bill S. 4784 by adding a section that:

• Repeals the Corporate Transparency Act and any amendments it made.
• Makes technical and conforming amendments to Title 31, United States Code.
• Amends Title LXV of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2020 by repealing section 6502 and striking specific parts of section 6509.
