What this amendment would do

Mr. Schatz submitted SA 643, which aims to add a deficit-neutral reserve fund to the concurrent resolution.

This fund relates to affirming that the President is still breaking the law when committing illegal actions even when claiming to save the country.

What It Changes or Adds

  • Allows the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate to revise committee allocations, aggregates, and other appropriate levels in the resolution.
