What this amendment would do
SA 5872, submitted by Mr. DAINES, is an amendment to bill S. 4784.
The purpose of this amendment is to add a section to title VII of the bill for the establishment of an antivenom bank.
It aims to require the Commanding General of the Medical Research and Development Command of the Army to establish and maintain this bank no later than 180 days after the Act is enacted.
