What this amendment would do

SA 5209, submitted by Mr. HEINRICH, aims to add a section to S. Con. Res. 33 regarding a deficit-neutral reserve fund.

The purpose of this amendment is to allow the Chairman of the Committee on the Budget of the Senate to:

  • Revise allocations, aggregates, and other levels in the resolution.
  • Make adjustments to the pay-as-you-go ledger.
