What this amendment would do

SA 4885, submitted by Ms. Rosen, aims to add a section to title IV of the concurrent resolution S. Con. Res. 33.

The purpose of this amendment is to create a point of order in the Senate. This means it would stop the consideration of any:

That does not prohibit minors from trading on prediction markets.
