What this amendment would do

SA 4247, submitted by Mrs. MOODY, is an amendment to bill H.R. 7148.

The purpose of this amendment is to prohibit the use of funds from any division of the Act, or any amendments to those divisions, for health care providers or entities that do not comply with Executive Order 14187 (which relates to protecting children from chemical and surgical mutilation) or the regulations that come from that order.
