SA 4202, submitted by Mr. Lujan and Mr. Heinrich, is an amendment to bill H.R. 6938.

The purpose of this amendment is to change section 425 of division C by removing the phrase:

", prior to the completion of the cultural resources investigation identified in the explanatory statement described in section 4 in the matter preceding division A of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260)"
