What this amendment would do

SA 4178, also known as the "Anti-Cash Grab Act," is an amendment submitted by Mr. HEINRICH to be added to bill H.R. 6938.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Repeal Section 213 of division C of the Continuing Appropriations, Agriculture, Legislative Branch, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Extensions Act, 2026 (Public Law 119-37).
Restore section 10 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2005 (2 U.S.C. 6628).
