SA 4162, submitted by Ms. Blunt Rochester, aims to change the funding amounts and structure in section 444(a) of division C of bill H.R. 6938.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

Change the amount of money derived by transfer from unobligated balances of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public Law 117-58) from $763,514,000 to $638,514,000.
Update the numbering of the items in that section by replacing (3) with (2).
