What this amendment would do
SA 4037 is an amendment proposed by Mr. Markey and several other senators to be added to bill H.R. 4016.
The purpose of this amendment is to ensure that no funds from this Act or any other Act are used to implement, administer, or enforce the Executive order titled "Ensuring a National Policy Framework for Artificial Intelligence," which was issued on December 11, 2025.
