What this amendment would do
SA 3876, submitted by Ms. Cantwell, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.
The purpose of this amendment is to change Section 40002(b)(2) of the Act entitled ``An Act to provide for reconciliation pursuant to title II of H. Con. Res. 14'' (Public Law 119-21).
It aims to remove the following requirement:
- The completion of a system of competitive bidding within 2 years after the date of enactment for at least 100 megahertz in the band between 3.98 gigahertz and 4.2 gigahertz.
