What this amendment would do

SA 3839, submitted by Mr. Graham, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the United States Semiquincentennial Commission Act of 2016. Specifically, it aims to add the following to the act:

  • The appointment of 12 members by the President.
  • A redesignation of existing paragraphs in subsection (b).
  • A change to subsection (c)(3) to replace (b)(3) with (b)(4).
