What this amendment would do

As folks working for the people in Washington, we need to make sure our elected officials and government workers are playing by the rules and not cashing in on foreign influence.

This amendment sets up a deficit-neutral reserve fund for the budget. Its main purpose is to allow changes to the budget for future legislation that stops federal employees and officials from issuing, promoting, or financially benefitting from memecoins backed by the Chinese Communist Party.
