  • $7,000,000 is increased to $30,000,000.

  • $14,000,000 is increased to $30,000,000.

  • $25,000,000 is increased to either $105,000,000 or $55,000,000, depending on the section.

  • $50,000,000 is increased to $105,000,000.

  • $100,000,000 is increased to $205,000,000.

  • $200,000,000 is increased to $410,000,000.

  • $300,000,000 is increased to $615,000,000.
