What this amendment would do

SA 3543, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to bill S. 2296. This bill deals with appropriations for fiscal year 2026 for military activities of the Department of Defense, military construction, and defense activities of the Department of Energy, as well as military personnel strengths.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a new requirement to section 1035. Specifically, it adds:

  • The alien registration numbers of the aliens on the aircraft who are the subjects of removal orders.
