What this amendment would do
SA 3401, submitted by Mr. CORNYN, aims to expand how the Ukraine Support Fund can be used.

It proposes adding a new section to the bill, SEC. 1230B, which modifies the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act.
