SA 3387, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to bill S. 2296. This bill deals with appropriations for fiscal year 2026 for the Department of Defense, military construction, and Department of Energy defense activities.
The purpose of this amendment is to add Section 533, which prohibits members of the National Guard from serving as immigration adjudication officers while they are serving in that capacity.
