What this amendment would do
SA 3386, submitted by Mr. Schiff, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.
The purpose of this amendment is to add Section 533, which creates a prohibition on the appointment of Judge Advocate Generals as immigration judges or immigration adjudication officers.
This restriction includes any National Guard Judge Advocate General while they are serving in that capacity.
