What this amendment would do
SA 3320, submitted by Mr. Hawley, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.
The purpose of this amendment is to add Section 724, which prohibits the Secretary of Defense from doing the following at the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri:
- Downgrade the status of the hospital.
- Conduct any reduction in resourcing.
- Conduct any reduction in personnel.
- Conduct any reduction in the scope of care.
