What this amendment would do

SA 3253, submitted by Ms. Murkowski, is an amendment to bill S. 2296.

The purpose of this amendment is to add a new section, SEC. 350, to the end of subtitle E of title III.

This addition aims to extend the authority for modifications to the Second Division Memorial through September 30, 2032, notwithstanding section 8903(e) of title 40, United States Code.
