SA 3099, submitted by Mr. Cruz, aims to change the language regarding land conveyance at Fort Hood, Texas.

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify Section 2848(a) of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005. It does this by:

Striking the phrase "an upper level (junior, senior, and graduate) university"
Inserting the phrase "a university"
