Repealing amendments made by sections 70514(e), 70522(b), and 70523, and applying the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as if those amendments were not enacted.
Amending section 7704(d)(1)(E) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as amended by section 70524) by striking clause (iii) regarding Income From Carbon Capture.
