This amendment was submitted by Mr. Kennedy. Its purpose is to completely end a tax break, specifically the partial exclusion for gain from certain small business stock.

What It Changes

The amendment removes section 70431 and replaces it with a new section that completely terminates the tax break.
It does this by striking section 1202 from part I of subchapter P of chapter 1 of subtitle A.
