What this amendment would do

SA 2764, submitted by Mr. Markey, is an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2360.

The purpose of this amendment is to change the text on page 398, line 2, by inserting the following language before the colon:

  • ``that is not a for-profit entity or a school that has a contract with a for-profit management organization''.
