SA 2756, submitted by Mr. Heinrich, is an amendment proposed to amendment SA 2360 (proposed by Mr. Thune for Mr. Graham) to bill H.R. 1.

The purpose of this amendment is to change section 60102 of division F of Public Law 117-58 (47 U.S.C. 1702), as amended by section 40012, by doing the following:

Striking subsections (p) and (q).
