S.Amdt. 2754

SA 2754, submitted by Mr. Kelly, is an amendment to amendment SA 2360 proposed by Mr. Thune (for Mr. Graham) to bill H.R. 1.

The amendment aims to change the bill by performing the following:

• Striking subsection (a) of section 50101 and removing references to it.
• Redesignating subsections (b) through (d) of section 50101 as subsections (a) through (c).
• Striking subparagraph (C) of section 50102(b)(1) and removing the phrase "subject to subparagraph (C)" from section 50102(b)(1)(A).
• Updating punctuation in section 50102(b)(1)(A) by inserting "and" and changing the punctuation in section 50102(b)(1)(B) to a period.
• Striking subsection (d) of section 50102 and redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d).
• Striking section 50103.
