What this amendment would do

Mr. Lee submitted amendment SA 2748 to be proposed to amendment SA 2360 for the bill H.R. 1.

  • The purpose of the amendment is the termination of advanced manufacturing production credit.
  • It aims to change section 45X by adding a new subsection.
  • It adds that the section shall not apply to any eligible component produced at a facility which is placed in service after December 31, 2027.
