What this amendment would do

The purpose of this amendment is to change the text starting on page 922, line 15, through page 923, line 20. It aims to add a requirement for the courts to provide:

An assessment of the number and frequency of judicial orders that hold the Federal Government in contempt.
Metrics regarding the sanctioning of Federal Government attorneys.
The aggregate cost impact these actions have on the taxpayers of the United States, as determined by each court.
