Changes to the Bill

  • In section 90004(b), it strikes None'' and inserts (1) Surveillance towers.--None''.
  • At the end of section 90004(b), it adds a provision stating that none of the funds made available under subsection (a) may be used to purchase, operate, or modify technology that enables the systematic, indiscriminate, or wide-scale monitoring, surveillance, or tracking of United States persons.
